AUTONOMOUS FLOOR SCRUBBER-DRYER ROBOT · WITH AUTONOMOUS DOCKING STATION

T3 Plus. Autonomous cleaning for large floors.

An autonomous robot that washes, scrubs, and dries floors in a single pass, engineered for mid-size and large industrial spaces. Up to 2,000 m²/h with 95 L of tank capacity and up to 6 hours of work on a single charge. 3D LiDAR navigation, 360° perception, and an autonomous docking station keep it running reliably with no operator watching over it.

Where T3 Plus belongs.

Engineered for mid-size and large spaces from 2,000 to 8,000 m² under heavy use — warehouses, distribution and logistics centers, production plants, shopping centers, exhibition halls, airport terminals, and large office buildings. A 95 L tank set and five-stage water recycling stretch working cycles and cut the number of refills, while a fast battery swap and industrial charging up to 30 A keep the machine on the floor through the whole shift. T3 Plus plans its own routes, avoids obstacles, and returns to the docking station to charge, refill clean water, and drain dirty water — with no operator supervision required.

Applications

  • Warehouses and logistics centers
  • Production plants and industrial floors
  • Distribution and transport terminals
  • Shopping centers and large retail stores
  • Airports, trade fairs, and exhibition halls
  • Office and commercial buildings
  • Parking lots and garages

An autonomous robot that maintains large floors on its own.

Washing, scrubbing, and drying in one pass, five-stage water recycling, 360° perception with no blind spots, a 30-second battery swap, and an autonomous docking station — T3 Plus is built to work a full shift with no operator on hand.

T3 Plus autonomous robot washing and drying a concrete floor in a warehouse main aisle between tall pallet racks

Washes, scrubs, and dries in one pass — entirely on its own.

It lays down water, scrubs the floor, and vacuums the dirty water straight back up, leaving a near-dry surface — all in a single pass. Adaptive brush pressure from 20 to 30 kg and speeds up to 180 rpm lift both light soil and stubborn grime, from concrete and epoxy to tile, vinyl, and terrazzo. Automatic and manual modes hold the same cleaning quality across every hard floor.

95 L of capacity and five-stage water recycling — longer cycles, lower cost.

A 50 L clean water tank and a 45 L dirty water tank, paired with five-stage water recycling and 50/80 μm filtration, stretch working cycles and cut the number of refills. Collected water goes back into the cycle — less water and less detergent per shift, lower running costs. Separate 1 L detergent and 1 L anti-foam tanks keep dosing precise.

3D LiDAR perception and 360° safety — no blind spots.

3D and 2D LiDAR sensors, four RGBD depth cameras, and two ultrasonic sensors combine into complete 360° awareness of the space. The robot reads obstacles reliably, moves safely around people, carts, and forklifts, and stops for obstacles as low as 5 cm. A safety bumper, anti-drop protection, and an emergency-stop button add another layer of protection in busy areas.

Quick battery swap and industrial charging — no downtime.

A lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) 24 V / 104 Ah battery delivers up to 6 hours of work. Pull the empty pack, drop in a full one — the swap takes 30 seconds. With industrial charging up to 30 A, the robot keeps working across multiple shifts instead of sitting idle. When the job is done it returns to a compact docking station that charges the battery, refills clean water, and drains dirty water automatically.

Connected to the building — elevators, access control, central management.

The mobile app gives real-time status, while the cloud platform handles central monitoring, OTA updates, and automatic performance reports. The robot integrates with elevators, access-control systems, and barriers for seamless coordination across the whole facility.

A compact autonomous docking station.

When the job is done, the robot returns to a docking station that charges the battery, refills clean water, and drains dirty water — fully ready for the next cycle, with no operator involved. The station measures 430 × 540 × 460 mm, weighs 33 kg, and runs on 100–240 V; installation needs at least 150 × 250 cm of floor space. T3 Plus ships with a LiFePO₄ 24 V / 104 Ah battery and industrial charging up to 30 A, with the option of a second battery for the 30-second swap. Reinmatic supplies brushes, squeegees (650 and 850 mm), filters for the water-recycling system (50/80 μm), and other wear parts matched to your floor type and workload.
