Reinmatic doesn't sell machines without support. Original spare parts, consumables, and service components are available through the authorized service network for the working life of the machine.

Scheduled maintenance
Regular maintenance extends the life of the machine, lowers the cost of breakdowns, and keeps performance at its peak across the entire working life.
Every Reinmatic model can be enrolled in a preventive maintenance program that covers:
- Full machine inspection
- Brush and squeegee check
- Battery and charging system check
- Motor and drive component inspection
- Cleaning and flushing the water system
- Service record and recommendations for the next period
2 service visits per year, plus priority scheduling and a written machine condition report.
Quarterly maintenance, priority support, and a replacement machine during longer downtime.
Important: regular maintenance, proper use of the machine, and following the battery charging instructions are conditions for the full 24-month factory warranty.
