Standard warranty
24 months
on Reinmatic machines
The warranty runs from the purchase date shown on the invoice or warranty card. It covers manufacturing defects, material flaws, and factory faults that arise under normal operating conditions. Extendable up to 5 years.
12 months
on batteries and battery packs
The warranty on batteries and battery packs covers manufacturing defects and factory faults that arise under normal operating conditions. Natural capacity loss over time is considered normal wear and is not covered. Proper charging and storage extends battery life.
Service and original spare parts are available for the full working life of the machine.

How to file a claim.
- Step 1
Contact your sales partner or service center
Report the fault and provide the machine model, serial number, and a short description of the problem.
- Step 2
Diagnosis
An authorized Reinmatic technician determines the cause of the fault and checks warranty coverage. An on-site machine inspection is performed if needed.
- Step 3
Repair
Warranty faults are repaired with original Reinmatic parts at no additional cost to the customer.
